Installation Guide
- Download the QAUltra Lens APK Download the qaultra-lens.apk file directly to a Android device (Android 10 or newer recommended).
- Allow Unknown Sources Open the downloaded file. If prompted by Android, go to settings and allow "Install from Unknown Sources" for your browser or file manager.
- Grant Permissions Launch the app and grant the required permissions: Camera, Microphone, and Nearby Devices (Bluetooth for native TV remote control).
- Pair to the Portal Tap Scan Pairing Code. On this web portal, go to the Fleet tab and click "Add Station" to generate a QR code. Scan it with the phone.
- Mount and Automate Place the phone on a tripod in front of your Smart TV. It will now act as your 0-latency camera, audio monitor, and bluetooth remote.
